Refund policy

Returnof unused goods

If you wish to return or exchange goods, this must be done no later than 30 days after you have received the goods. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not meet these criteria.

Once your return case is approved, you will be refunded the price of the item, excluding shipping.

You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods yourself.

All complaints should be sent to info@supersox.dk.
When you contact us, please write an explanation and send pictures of the item. Please remember to send the order ID.

All complaints will be answered within 48 hours.
