Shipping & returns

Orders received before 15.00 on weekdays are processed and expected to be dispatched the same day.
Expected delivery time: Up to 7 days.

If you have not received your package, please contact us by mail.

Return of unused goods

Return or exchange of goods must be done no later than 30 days after you have received the goods.

If you wish to return your order, you must send the following to info@supersox.dk or enclose it as a note in the return order:

• Order ID
• Reason for return

The item can only be shipped. It cannot be delivered physically at the address.

When your return case is approved, you will be refunded the price of the item, excluding shipping - even if free shipping has been obtained.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not meet these criteria. 

You must bear the direct costs in connection with the product's return shipment and we do not offer return labels.

All complaints should be sent to info@supersox.dk.
When you contact us, please write an explanation and send pictures of the item. REMEMBER to attatch the order ID.

All complaints will be answered within 48 hours.
