Information for which you are the data controller

You are the data controller yourself for the content and information of your profile on Sociale Netværk.

2.4 Data processor

Supersox uses an external company to carry out the technical operation of the Website. This company acts as a data processor in relation to the personal data for which Supersox is the data controller.

By accepting this personal data policy, you agree that Supersox also allows data for which you are the data controller to be processed by the same data processor.

The data processor acts solely on instructions from Supersox. By accepting these terms, you give Supersox power of attorney to give such instructions to the data processor as are necessary for the processing of the data in accordance with this personal data policy and otherwise the purpose of using the Website.

Supersox will ensure that the information collected, including personal data, is treated carefully and protected according to applicable security standards. Supersox regularly examines its systems for vulnerabilities and attacks, but the Internet is not 100% secure, and Supersox cannot therefore guarantee the security of the information that you transmit to Supersox.

2.6 Insight, correction and deletion


If you contact Supersox, Supersox will inform you which information Supersox processes about you, the purpose of the processing, who receives the information and where the information originates.

Inquiries about the above will only be answered if more than 6 months have passed since your last inquiry, unless you can prove a special interest in getting the information earlier.

Correction and deletion

If you discover that the information that Supersox, as data controller, processes about you is incorrect or misleading, Supersox will correct it at your request. You are encouraged to - if possible - make corrections of such errors yourself.

Content and information on the Website, for which you yourself are responsible, you can correct and delete yourself at any time. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer wish to appear on the Website, it is thus possible to update or delete the information by logging into your user profile.

When your profile is deleted, all data under your user profile is deleted, including your master data and any reviews.

Supersox reserves the right to block the use of your profile and/or delete it if there is improper use of our service.
